CLEARING SALE.

At Greytown, on Tuesday next, on the premises and on account of Mr E. W. Udy, the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., will sell at auction the whole of the stock, implements, and furniture. The cattle include 29 purebred Ayrshire cows and heifers, 25 first-class hc-ifers, three purebred Ayrshire bulls, seven draught horses, and ten hack and harness horses, including' five yearlings by Mauser. As Mr Udy has sold his property, the whole will be sold absolutely without reserve. A detailed list of the implements and furniture will be found in the auctioneers' advertisement on page 8.
