VISIT TO GERMANYCORDIAL SPEECHES. Received August 16, 10.6 p..m. BERLIN, August 16. The Kaiser delivered a warm speech, welcoming King Edward at a banquet at Wilhelmshoe. King Edward, responding, said.: "Your Majesty knows that it is my greatest wish that only the best and pleasantest relations should exist between our two nations. I am delighted that your Majesties will soon visit me "in England, and I am firmly convinced that besides my family, the entire people will receive your Majesties with the greatest joy."
