KOREAN TROOPS. Received August 2, 9 a.m. SEOUL, August 1. An ordinance disbanding the Korean troops has been promulgated. Received August 2, 10 p.m. SEOUL, August 2. The disbandment of the Korean troops led to a fight between the Korean troops and the Japanese, in which 40 Koreans were killed and wounded. The Japanese casualties were slight. DEVTH OF A NOVELIST.
