EXPENDITURE ON FOREIGN LABOUR. Received August 1, 8.15 a.m. PRETORIA, July 31. The Assembly is discussing the question of the expenditure en foreign labour. Received August 2, 12.23 a.m. PRETORIA, August 1. The mineral output of the Transvaal for the-year ended June totalled £30,730,000, including gold £26,648,000, and diamonds £2,147,000.
