THE UNION BANK.
Received July 11, 10.5 a.m. LONDON. July 10. The Union Bank has declared a dividend of 10 per cent, and a bonus of 2 per cent., the latter for six months. The sum of £IO,OOO is applied in reduction of bank premises account, <£lo,ooo to the officers' funds, £60,000 as provision for depreciation of investments, and £50,000 to reserve, £34,000 beingcarried forward.
