ATTACKED BY BRIGANDS. Received July 10. 9.48 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, July 10. Nine armed brigands attacked the cashier of the Moscow - Kezin Railway in a street in Moscow, using bombs and revolvers. The police, who ' had been previously warned, captured four of the brigands, killed one and severely wounded three. One escaped.
