AERATED WATER WORKERS DISPUTE. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, May 29. The Arbitration Court was engaged, to-day, L in hearing the dispute filed by the aerated water workers. The demands of the men were for a 45-hours week; wages from £2 Bs.to £3 10s, and;for youths from 10s to 255, withjihejisual holidays and overtime allowances. The employers' counter proposals were for a 48-hours week, daily wages from 5s to 9s, with lower overtime rates than the men demanded. . The hearing has not yet concluded.
