A CHEAP FARM.
district has the reputation of possessing some of the richest and most fertile'dairying land in the colony. In another column Mr R. Woodhouse, land agent, of New Plymouth, advertises particulars of a very cheap farm, situated in the above district,that has been placed in his hands for disposal. It consists of 220 acres, and is situated 2| miles from town, post office, school and creamery. The land is all flat, and ploughable, and is sown in the t best English grasses. The farm carries 60 milking cows, as well as other stock. The price asked is £l4 per acre. A lease of 95 acres, with 18 years to run, could also be taken over if desired, the rental being very cheap. Mr Woodhouse has, also, numerous other properties on his lists, and he will be pleased to forward particulars to anyone on application.
