PREFERENCE.
DIFFERENCE OF OPINION. Received April 30, 8.38 a.m. LONDON, April 29. Out of forty-eight members of the London Chamber of Commerce who are also members of Parliament, thirty-three have written to the secretary of the chamber dissenting from the tariff reform resolution recently passed, and expressing unwavering adherence to free trade.
