THE PREMIER'S TRIP HOME. Received March 18, 8.30 a.m. PRETORIA, March 17. The salary of General Botha as Premier will be £4,000 a year, and that of other members of the Ministry £3,000 each. General De Wet objects to Premier Botha's visit to London, firstly, because he ought to have attended a full session of Parliament to learn public opinion; secondly, because the Orange River Colony ought to have been considered.
