FEDERAL SUIT WITHDRAWN. Received March 15, 8.35 a.m. NEW YORK, March 14. The School Board of San Francisco has withdrawn its instructions for the segregation of Japanese children. President Roosevelt is accordingly signing an order making the passport amendment of the Immigration Bill effective. The Federal Government's suit against the board has been withdrawn.
