MORE EXCESSES. Received March 13, 8.30 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, March 12. Terrorists bound a landowner and six of his labourers at Galta, in Southern Russia, and cut all their throats. They hideously disfigured the landowner's little son, and then left him alive. ,
