Received March 8, 11.31 p.m. • B2RLIN, March 8. In the Reichstag the Minister of Foreign Affairs declared that Herrs Herrenwolff and Tschudi went to Morocco in the capacity of engineers, not as reorganisers of the Moorish Army, as alleged by some French newspapers. (The French newspapers have also been complaining that German officers are enrolling and drilling infantry and cavalry at Tangier and Fes.)
