A NEW FIRM.

.* MESSRS CRESSWELL AND WRIGHT. Messrs Cresswell and Wright, who recently purchased the livery stable business, in Masterton, from Messrs Pinhey Bros., have now taken over the business. Mr Cresswell, the managing partner of the new firm, has had many years of experience in the business, and is determined to conduct it on the most up-to-date methods. Mr Cresswell has always taken a keen interest in all sporting matters, and while living in the South several times filled the position of handicapper.tojracing clubs. The new firm have bought into one of the best businesses of its'kind in the colony, and are determined to keep abreast of the times. Mr R. Pinhey brought the first cab to Masterton fourteen years ago, and shortly afterwards he joined with his brother (Mr J. S. Pinhey) in opening a livery stable in the premises now occupied by Mr S. Forman. By strict attention to clients' orders, the business has made gradual progress, until now it has wide connection all over the district. The stables are large, splendidly appointed, and in a convenient locality, and fitted up on the most modern lines. In another column Messrs Pinhey Bros, return' thanks to the general public for the liberal support accorded them, in the past, and solicit a continuance of the same for their successors.
