VESSELS TO BE FITTED WITH ETHERGRAPHS. Received February 4, 11.27 p.m. LONDON, February 4. The Admiralty has ordered all seagoing warships to be fitted with ethergraphs and to transmit regular reports of the weather, so long as they are able to communicate, with a view to aiding the Meteorological Office.
