! Received February 4, 9.2 a.m. BERLIN, February 3. In connection with the German elections, a Radical unseated a Socialist at the second ballot at Windeburg. Received February 4, 9.5 p.m. oERLIN, February 4. On the second ballot the German National Liberals gained two seats from the Independent Liberals. The Social ..Democrats lost three seats, making twenty-five altogether.
