AUSTRALIAN LEATHER.
Received January 25, 7.52 a.m. LONDON, January 24. The Hon. T. A. Coghlan, AgentGeneral of New South Wales, has interviewed the Commissioners of Customs, who have arranged that Australian leather shall no longer be stopped for analysis, the Customs charging duties on the quantities of sugar stated on the export certificates.
