The cricket match, M.C.C. v. West Coast, was resumed, to-day,
at noon, in fine weather. The wicket played well. The Englishmen went to the wickets, and were all disposed of for 252 runs in three hours and a quarter. De Trafford, Harrison and Branston gave a splendid exhibition of batting. De Trafford hit seven fours and two sixes. The fielding of the local men was faulty, but the catching was good.
