UNITED STATES COLOURED REGULARS.
Received January 7, 10.14 p.m. NEW YORK, Jan. 7. All coloured regulars in the United States have been assigned to duty in the Philippines. General Bell declares that it is their turn to go. The sending of the men to the Philippines was not connected with the Brownsville antinegro riots.
