WELLINGTON, November 23. The Poat. states that the shipping war between the Federal Houlder Shire Gombinatioa and the New Zealand, Shaw Savill, and l'yser Companies has ended by mutual agreement. The Post anderstands that the Federal combination will confine its vessels to West of England ports. The old rat«d will be resumed at once. Wool will b« named at %d per lb, as against 9-16 d by the combination.
