WELLINGTON, November • At the Supreme Court, this morning, the following sentences were imposed by tbe Cbief Justice:— Francis Stephen llatt, assault 1 , fifteen months; Patrick Connor, jjindeaent assault, four yeaia; William Garkiu, theft, eighteen months; Arthur Thomas, theft, two years; William Jenkinson Sparrow, theft, two years, t»nd prisoner was declared a "habitual criminal ' under the Act of last session; William Kay, and John Dav&y, theft, two years.
