A SECRET TREATY.
Received November 22, 12.37 a.m. LONDON, November 21. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Mail reports that tbe King is visting Berlin to ratify a secret treaty with Germany, which guarantees Denmark's integrity in return for privileges in closing The Sound between Denmark and Sweden against a fleet intending to attack Kiel or other Baltic ports.
