THE ECONOMIC SITUATION. Received Novemoer 22, 1.11 a.m. CAPETOWN, November 21. General Botha refuses to rrivately dismiss the economic situation in the Transvaal with Sir Percy Fitzpatrick. He accuses him of falsely trying to create au impression that the Earl of Selborne is assisting the Progressive cause.
