A GIBSON GIRL'S ROMANCE.
SECREILY MARRIED TO A LORD'S SON. Received October 1:3, 8.56 a.m. i LONDON, Ootober 22. The Hon. Henry L/yudhurat Urooe, the eldest sou and heir of Lord Aberdare, was seoretly married to Miss Oamille Clifford. Lord Ab«rdare has decided to make adequate allowance to the yoang 'couple. (The engagement of Mr Brnoe tc Miss Clifford created a sensation in England. It was the outcome of a romance which began some eight or nine months ago. Miss Clifford, the original Gibson Girl, is the wellknown act teas who has delighted countless thousands of theatre goers in JLondon andjAmerica. When the engagement was announced, Lord Aberdare was indignant, and published a denial of the engagement. Mr Bruce was, however, persistent. He publicly stated his firm intention of marrying Miss Clifford, and, if the necessity arose, he intended to start in business to earn his-own living.
