ABOLITION OF LOCAL MARINE BOARDS THREATENED. Received September 27, 9.28 LONDON, September 27. The Board of Trade threatens to abolish the local Marine Boards owing to their persistent rst'usal to obey the reanlation sanctioning the right of seamen to te represented at all wages disputes between oaptains and crews by a trades union or other delegate.
