CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE CONGRESS.
Received September 27, 7.36 a.m. LONDON, September 26. The axeoutive of the Associated Chambers of Commeroe is inquiring from the various Chambers of Commerce whethei in the event of a seventh congress of the Imperial Chambers of Commeroe being held in Melbourne, Canada or South Africa, they would be represented; also, which country they would prefer to have the congress held in.
