ij&aia of terrorists at Warsaw simultaneously attacked twenty Government alcohol stores and threatened tbe ojerbs with revolvers. The terrorists then decamped with the Several were killed and wounded. Many policemen at Sevastopol, fearing bomb attacks, have quitted the service. Soldiers and sailors are inoeneed at being compelled to perform police duties. After reading the hostile statements made in the Duma by M. Goremyfein (the Premier), a sapper battalion at Odessa revolted. Twenty-three were shot down, and aevenjmortally injured. Sixty-seven were arrested, including two commissioned and five non-oommissioned officers.
