ANARCHIST BAND ATTACK A BANK. TWO CUSTOMERS KILLED. FIVE CLERKS WOUNDED. Reoeived May 27, 4.47 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, May 26. An anarohlst baud attacked the Industrial Savings Bank at Warsaw. The cashier opened fire with are volver. His assailants, in responding, killed two customers and wounded five clerks. The band then escaped, with one of their number wounded. RESIGNATION OF MINISTRY DEMANDED. Received May 28, 1.3 a.m. ' ST. PETERSBURG, May 27. The Duma, with seven dissentients, demanded the immediate resignation of the Ministry and the replacement by a Cabinet sen joining confidence. The vote was taken in oonsequence of the Ministerial reply to the Duma. The address, in whiob the Czar refused the granting of a full amnesty for political, agrarian and religious prisoners, cautioned the Duma not to exceed its assigned Legislative initiative and promised a colourless Legislative programme. During a stormy debate the reply was described as an open defiance to the nation. v Regret was expressed that the hopes consequent on Count Witte's resignation had, not been fulfilled.
