NORTHERN NIGERIA.
Received May 13, 10.43 a.m. LONDON, May 12. Sir F. D. Lugard, the High Commissioner in Northern Nigeria, reports that the Emir of Hadeja was billed in the recent lighting. The British have installed Chiroma as Emir, on probation, in accordance with the wish of tbe inhabitants.
