Reoeived May 2, 10.24 a.m. LONDON, May 1. The Admiralty has agreed to give the Parliamentary Committee of the Trades Union Congress the names of the contractor invited to tender for Government work with a view to enquiries being made about any complaints of the non-payment of the proper rate of wage or not executing contracts under proper conditions. The committee's offloal will also be shown patterns, so that in the event of a con tractor found not executing tho terms of the contract, after receiving warning and repeating his error, the board may oonsider the question of elimiatin his name from the list.
