DIVORCE QUESTION.

In oonneotion with a recent divorce suit, Mi Justice Gorell Barnes, President of the Divorce Court, expressed a doubt whether any reform in the divorce laws would be adequate or effective whioh did not abolish permanent separation as distinguished from divorce, and place both sexes on an equality as regards offence and relief, The newspapers question whether English opinion will consent to make divoroe easy.
