WEDDINGS.

LANGSTONE—KIN G. j The first wedding in the new Presbyterian Church, at Masterton, was oelebrated, yesterday, when Misa A. I C. King, third daughter of the late Mr Thomas King, of Reeftox?, and step-daughter of Mr John Robb, of | Masterton, was married to Mr Frank Langstone, of Masterton. The bride, who looked handsome in a white silk dress trimmed with chiffon and laoe, and wore the orthodox veil and orange blossoms, was was given away by her brother Mr J., King. She carried a pretty bouquet. Miss Robin a King, aister of the bride, was the bridesmaid, and was dressed in cream nun's veiling and wore a red silk hat. Two flow«r girls, Misses Lily Mcßae (nieoe of the bride) and Collie Bowiok (niece of the bridegroom) were dressed in white silk, and wore Dutoh bonnets. Mr W. Bird, of Masterton, was best man. - The marriage ceremony was performed by the Rev. J. J. Bates, of Carterton. At the conclusion of the oeremony, the bride was presented with a handsome Bible on behalf of the congregation of the Presbyterian Church, in recognition of it being the first wedding in the new church. The wedding breakfast at the Foresters' Hall, was largely attended. The health of the bride and bridegroom was drunk with musical honours. Mr and Mrs Langstone left by the mail train for the South, where the honeymoon is to be spent. The bride's travelling dress was a grey tweed, trimmed with satin and laoe yoke, and she wore a h'ack hat. In the evening a dance was held in the Foresters' Hall, about one hundred, people being present. A large number of valuable presents were received. The bridegroom's present to the bride was a handsome gold brooch, and to the bridesmaids gold brooches.

BUNNY—O'DONOVAN

At Carterton, on Monday, Mr Frederick Harold Bunny, of Te Wharau, was married to Miss Annie O'Donovan. The bride wore a navy blue tailor-made costume and a pale blue velvet hat. Misses May and Kathleen O'Donovan and .Elsie Fairbrother, were the bridesmaids. Mr J. MoD, Barr was best man, and Mr B. Chambers was groomsman. The bridegroom's present to the bride was a handsome gold watch, and to the bridesmaids ruby and pearl brooches, and a kiwi pin and pendant. The marriage ceremony was performed by the Rev. B. H. Ginger.

WOODLEY—CROUOHER.

At the Wesleyau Churoh, Masterton, yesterday, Mr John Woodley, of Carterton, was married to Mrs M. Grouoher, of Masterton. The Misses Ashworth (2) were the bridesmaids, and Mr John Woodley (son of the bridegroom) was best man. The Rev. J. N. Buttle performed the marriage ceremony.
