WAITAKI PLAINS ESTATE.

OAMARU, April 10. Three hundred and thirty applicants from all parts of the oolony, seeking sections on the Waitake Plains Estate, are being examined to-day by the Land Board. The sam of £30,000 was taken here alone in deposits. The applicants are a very good stamp ot settlers. There are 77 "applicants for the homestead block, and for one smaller section.
