COURT OF APPEAL.
WELLINGTON, April 10. The case of the Bank of New Zealand v. the Scandanavian Water Race Company was concluded, this afternoon, in the Court of Appeal. At the close of Mr Solomon's argument, Mr Gutteu addressed the Court, after which Mr Hoskings. replied on befialf of the appellants Judgment as reserved. The oase of Plimmer v. Plimmer, which is an appeal from the decision of the Supreme Court, will come on for hearing to-morrow. In that Court an action was brought against the executors of the will of the late John Plimmer, of Wellington, asking the Court, under the provisions of the Testators Family Maintenance Act, 1900, to provide out of the estate sufficient fuudo to keep the widow of the testator.
