THE LEPER ON QUAIL ISLAND.
TO BE KEPT THERE PERMANENTLY.
CHRISTOHURCH, March 27.
It is understood that the Health Department intends to keep the leper on Quail Island there permanently. A small cottage is being erected for bis accommodation entirely isolated from the other buildings on the island.
