TRESPASSING ON A RACECOURSE.
HEAVY PINES.
DUNEDIN, February 27.
At the Police Court, to-day, two charges of trespassing on the Wingatui Racecourse, were heard. In neither case were the persons charged bookmakers, but they were deemed undesirable characters, and weie warned off the course, but did not leave. D. Livingstone did not apoear, and it was stated that he had left for Westraha. He was fined. £lO and costs. Morris Michael, an express driver, was fined £7 and costs.
