APPOINTMENT OP TEACHERS.
WELLIGTON, February 27.
ThejVelilngton Eduoation Board rwoeived applications from all parts of the colony'for positions on the staff of the .Training College for Teachers, established in Wellington. The Board, to-day made appointments as follows:—Headmaster, J. C. Webb, now Headmaster at Thorndon Sohooi, Wellington; male assistants, Messrs J. A. Cowles, of Newton and J. K. Edie, of Eltham; female asuistants. Misses M. Sinclair, Palmerston, North, A, L. Hall, Mount Cook, M. Hitchcock, South Wellington; secondary assistant, Mr J. Oaughly, Kaikora] North; master of model country school, Mr J. Tarnplyn, of Bulls.
