DROWNING FATALITY.
DCJNEDIN, February 26.
William Sinclair McUonald, 4 years of ace. son of a resident of Roslyn, was drowned in a waterhnle in Kaitorai. The lad was playing with his brother on the edge of the hole, which was about five feet deep, \vhen he fell in. The mother made desperate efforts to save her son, but it was not till further assistance arrived that the body was recovered, life being extinct.
