DUNEDIN, February 26.

The Temoerance Reform Council mei to-night to consider the request of the Licensed Victuallers' Association that the great body of Moderates should have representation on the City Licensing Committee, the present Committee being No-license appointees. All present were pledged not to divulge the decision arrived at.
