THE OPINION OF LONDON FINANCIERS.

In reference to the reoent New Zealand loan issue, flnnnciera in London consider that the colonies aie ill-advised to issue locally loans which may be transferred to London afterwards. When local issues are made interest! and principal ought to be payable only in the oolonies.
