In connection with thß rising in German South-West Africa, the chief Corneliup and hia followers tendered their submission to Herr Lindequist. the Germau Governor, after suffering terrible hardships. Some of the Witbois followers, with their women and children, quenched their thirst witn the blood of their cattle.
