"THE LOST PROVINCES." ALSACE AND LORRAINE. Received February 21, 9.8 p.m. BERLIN, February 21. Graf von Posadowsky-Wehner, Minister for the Interior, declared in the Reichstag, that Alsace and Lorraine wore eternally and indissolubly connected with Germany, and that she would defend them with her last soldier.
