TANGIER.
THE NOTORIOUS RAISULI. MURDERS AND REPRISALS. Received January 29, 8.40 a.m. TANGIER, January 28. Eriction between the Anjera tribe and the followers of the notorious chief Raisuli is leading to frequent murders and reprisals. The Anjeras burned three villages east of Tangier on Friday. Raisuli's guard is investing the Tangier roads and murdering travellers. The Moorish troops are powerless to prevent the outrages owing to laok of food and desertions.
