CHURCH NEWS.

In connection with, the annual report of St. David's Presbyterian Church, Upper Hutt, in addition to the various activities of the church, attention was drawn to "the excellent progress of a new branch Sunday school at the northern end of the parish. This new Sunday school is now in the third year of its existence and is at present held in the residence of Mr. A. F. Taylor, Exchange Street, and meets every Sunday morning at 10 a.m. Mrs. A. F. Taylor is superintendent and has devoted much time and energy to its development. During the year, by means of special and ordinary collections, £B/16/8 was raised. Appreciation was expressed of this important church extension work among the young.
