LOCAL NEWS.
A collision between motor-cars on the Main Road near Taita last Sunday resulted in John Hopkirk, aged 13, being taken to Wellington Hospital by the Free Ambulance. Master Hopkirk, who suffered a fractured jaw, is, we are pleased to state, improving from his painful injury.
