LODGE MEETING - U.A.O.D.
The Mungaroa Lodge of the United Ancient Ordei* of Druids met for its usual fortnightly meeting- on Tuesday, the 18th instant, in the Druids' Hall. P.A. Bro. Walls presided over a well-attended meeting. Sick pay amounting to £2/14/was passed for payment. P.A. Bro. Craig reported on the progress of the lodge team in the Tremayne Shield Card Tournament., and P.D.P. Bro. Jameson reported on the second series of games for the Hyslop Bowls Banner.. The M.U.0.0.F. and Druids' teams were still all square on points with one series to be played. A welcome was extended to P.A. Bro. Hodder, of Totara Lodge, Carterton. At the close of the meeting the brothers played a bowls tournament and concluded the evening with supper.
