(Before E. H/Carew, Esq., R.M.) Mrs. E. Dewes, executrix of the late Wm. Dewes, applied for a temporary transfer of bottle license. Application postponed' for the production of the license. Cook v. Leslie. — Summons not served ; a new summons to issue without cost. Harris v. Fennef other. — Claim, £9 16s. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for the amount claimed, and costs of Court, 345. A letter had reached the Court confessing the debt and asking for time. On Mr. Harris saying that he had no objection, his Worship ordered that the amount should be paid in two instalments ; the first in one month, and the second in two months. Cook v. Austin. — Claim, £19 9s. Id., for goods supplied. The defendant acknowledged his indebtedness, but pleaded poverty. Judgment for the amount claimed, and costs of Court, I6s.
