WARDEN'S COURT, LAWRENCE.

(Before E. H. Carew, Esq., Warden.) Monday, 22nd February. The applications of Duncan Campbell and Robert Craig for leases of section 9 and 10, block 1. , Waitahuna West, and sections 13 and 16, block IV., Waitahuna East, respectively were granted, Mr. Simpson withdrawing his application for the latter sections. Mr. King appeared. The applications of William Thomas and Michael Monaghan, for agricultural leases of section 45, block XVIII., Tuapeka East, and sections 12, 13, 14, 15, aud 16, blocK 1., Waitahuna West, respectively, were adjourned for enquiry.
