Johnston.— Claim of £6 10s, for cattle trespass. £4 was tendered and paid' into Court. Mr. M'Coy for plaintiff. Judgment for £4. Hammond v. Bicshe. — Claim of £6 10«, for cattle trespass. Plea : Not indebted. Mr. M'Coy for plaintiff. Judgment for £3 19s ; costs of Court, £1 11s, and professional costs, £lls. Hammond v. M'Alister. — Claim of 13s for cattle trespass. Mr. M'Coy for plaintiff. Defendant denied the ownership of the beast, but this defence was not sustained. Judgment for 13s, and costs of Court 17s. Hammond v. Eedpath.—Qieam. of 13s for

cattle trespass. Mr. M'Coy for plaintiff. The defendant had offered to pay the damage. Judgment for 13s, but without costs. Hammond v. Dumbleton.— Claim of 13s for cattle trespass. Mr. M'Coy for plaintiff. Judgment for ss ; and costs of Court, 17s. Hammond v. Mills. — A similar case to the preceding one. Mr. M'Coy for plaintiff. Judgment for £1 15s, and costs of Court, £1 3s.
