WARDEN'S COURT, ROXBURGH.
(Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., Warden.) Tuesday, 30th June. D. Cormack'B application for a lease of 128 acres of surveyed land for agricultural purposes — viz., sections 48, 49, and 50, block 111., Mount Benger district — was granted. W. Waugh's application for a lease of 10 acre 3 agricultural land (heard last Court day) being surveyed, certificate was granted.
No cases were brought before the Resident Magistrate's Court.
